We’re excited to welcome Twila to the team as head of our CRM Strategic Solutions vertical. After working with her as a consultant since October 2025, it quickly became clear she’d be a fantastic long-term addition thanks to her deep expertise in Salesforce, Dynamics, and other CRM platforms. She’s already leading several MHDS engagements, helping clients connect data-driven strategies directly into their CRM solutions.

Twila brings over a decade of experience in CRM strategy and delivery for sports and entertainment organizations. She has partnered closely with executive and cross-functional teams to unify go-to-market operations, improve pipeline visibility and forecasting, and build scalable CRM and data foundations that support long-term growth.
Her background spans enterprise CRM implementations, post-merger platform strategy, and hands-on solution design across Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. Known for her ability to turn complex business challenges into practical, scalable CRM solutions, Twila combines strategic vision with technical expertise.
